鉸接接頭根據(jù)BS EN ISO 9001 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生產(chǎn)，目前正在申請(qǐng)ADR 等國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的測(cè)試和認(rèn)證，以方便用戶為各種不同的汽車應(yīng)用（包括危險(xiǎn)環(huán)境和侵蝕性環(huán)境）選擇合適的Harnessflex 產(chǎn)品。所有零部件都符合報(bào)廢車輛 (ELV) 指令EU2000/53/EC。Harnessflex 還符合ISO14001 環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

- 接口可以用在電氣連接器易受高壓沖刷的場(chǎng)合。
- 接口的壓接連接位置應(yīng)力小。
- 將90o 旋轉(zhuǎn)肘型接頭與接口一同使用時(shí)，能實(shí)現(xiàn)線束的自平衡。
- 將CI-MF-90 產(chǎn)品和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的90o 旋轉(zhuǎn)接頭一起使用，可實(shí)現(xiàn)180o 旋轉(zhuǎn)彎曲。

Vehicle electrical system faults are often traced to problems at the cable entry points of electrical connectors. Harnessflex connector interfaces are designed to protect against the high pressure wash-down, excessive cable strain and mechanical abrasion identified as the principal causes. Variety, flexibility and assembly speed are inherent in all Harnessflex fittings.
Quality and Standards
Manufacturing is controlled in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001 whilst ongoing testing and approval to international standards; e.g. UL recognition, TUV and LCIE, provides any additional confidence required to specify appropriate Harnessflex products across the widest variety of automotive applications including hazardous or aggressive environments.
