globalgear®是新一代強勁的內(nèi)部齒輪泵，它的的設(shè)計，符合泵和密封的可靠性與低維護(hù)成本的要求。為了減少撓度和增加強度→依次增長軸承和密封的壽命，軸和軸承的直徑以及施工材料是早已選定的。推力軸承在自身結(jié)構(gòu)上是沒有潤滑油維護(hù)的。其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)結(jié)構(gòu)包括高強度的轉(zhuǎn)子和空轉(zhuǎn)輪材料，軸承的轉(zhuǎn)子頭部和空轉(zhuǎn)輪都是用不銹鋼材料做成的。

選擇無滲漏解決方案中的集裝和組件式機(jī)械密封－其中包括tuffseall? 集裝唇封技術(shù)是沒有問題的。API plan 13內(nèi)通式吸入旁通管可作為一個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型。API plan 13 旁通管降低了填料箱的壓力，并為密封冷卻提供了再循環(huán)，這有助于延長密封壽命。
