Color Keyed? 系統解決方案滿足嚴格的UL和IEC Class A 測試要求：Color-Keyed?接線耳由99.9%無氧銅制成；Color-Keyed?顏色標記壓接系統可以確保使用正確的模具和接線耳進行壓接，實現準確、可靠的連接；Color-Keyed?模具的優化設計可保證產生圓周形、六角形或菱形壓接，而非簡單的凹痕壓接，實現超越IEC 61238-1 和UL標準的高導電率連接 — 圓周形壓接能夠在電纜和連接器之間產生較大的高壓接觸區，實現低阻抗、不易松動的可靠連接。

ABB模具具備檢驗功能
用于ABB手動和液壓工具的模具均配有刻印在擠壓面上的“模具代碼”編號。擠壓時，該編號將凸顯于完成連接處，以此實現檢驗的目的。檢驗員將連接器上凸起的模具代碼編號與模具表進行比較，確保針對特定尺寸的導線使用合適的連接器，并且確認使用了正確的模具進行壓接。
